Gau Amrit Seva Samiti is a charitable organization dedicated to rescuing and providing care for injured and accidental cows (Gaumata) found on roads. We run a Gau Ambulance that helps transport these cows to our gaushala, where they receive medical treatment and shelter.
We do not have an adoption program, but you can contribute by sponsoring the care of a cow. Sponsorships help cover the medical costs and other needs of our cows, ensuring they live a healthy life.
We maintain transparency in all our operations. You will receive regular updates through our newsletters and social media channels. We also share reports on how donations are being used to support the animals and our programs.
You can support us by donating a small amount, either as a one-time contribution or through our special ₹1 per day program. You can also volunteer your time or help spread awareness about our cause.
Your donation helps fund our Gau Ambulance, medical treatment for injured cows, maintenance of our gaushala, and general care for the rescued animals. Every rupee you donate contributes to the welfare of these cows.
Yes, donations to Gau Amrit Seva Samiti are tax-deductible under applicable laws. Please consult with your tax advisor for specific details on how to claim your deduction.
Yes, we welcome visitors! Please contact us in advance to arrange a visit to our gaushala. We would be happy to show you around and share more about the work we do.
If a cow is severely injured, we immediately transport it to our gaushala for treatment. We work with experienced veterinarians to provide medical care and ensure the cow's recovery. If the cow cannot be saved, we provide peaceful and compassionate end-of-life care.
